Our Story
Two Generations of Toledo Plumbing
At Ott Plumbing & Heating, the family name on our vans means something. Cassie and Ben Ott are the second generation to run the company, and they’re the ones running it every day.
What sets us apart is the team behind that name. Our plumbers, foremen and apprentices are passionate about the trade, and it shows in how they work: careful, thorough and finished right, whether it’s one faucet in someone’s kitchen or a full commercial job site.
The Ott family is also part of the University of Toledo Family Business Center, a group of local family owned companies, because we believe a family business is worth building for the next generation too.

Cassie runs Ott Plumbing & Heating alongside Ben, carrying on the family business and keeping the team focused on honest work and treating every customer like a neighbor.

Bridget keeps the office running, from scheduling service calls to answering questions, and she's often the first friendly voice you'll hear when you call.
